Thirty days from delivery. If your skin does not love it, we will make it right.
The guarantee
Try SLURP for 30 days from delivery. If you are not happy, we refund the purchase price of the product on its return.
How to start
Email hello@slurpskin.com with your order number and a sentence on what did not work. We reply within one business day with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. No return shipping required.
